Where is my order shipped from?
To ensure you receive your Squarepals as quickly as possible, we operate from two fulfillment centers:
360 Veterans Pkwy, STE 110, Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China
How it works: Our system intelligently selects the shipping location based on real-time inventory. If the item is in stock in our US facility, it ships directly from Illinois (3-7 days). Otherwise, it ships from our global hub via fast international air line (7-14 days).

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment. Once dispatched, a tracking number will fly straight to your email inbox! 🚀
